No Tricks, Just Tools: October App Magic

Here are the newest integrations from Zendesk to help your team provide top-quality experiences.

Qualtrics Task (Support)

Qualtrics Task lets Qualtrics customers turn survey responses and workflow events into Zendesk activity. After an administrator connects a Zendesk account, actions added to a Qualtrics survey or workflow can create or update Zendesk profiles, records, and tickets using data collected in Qualtrics. For example, you can flag a low NPS rating to your Customer Success team, or let respondents reach out to your support team directly from a survey.

SideGrid by Veryation (Support)

SideGrid by Veryation lets agents create and paste structured tables in ticket replies and side conversations, including content copied from Excel, and reuse table templates. Send tables inside conversations or insert tables into ticket replies with one click. Use Zendesk placeholders to fill in for you from the ticket. Save templates for future use and send in seconds.

Watari (Support)

Watari turns selected Zendesk tickets—including screenshots, recordings, PDFs, voice notes, and logs—into structured bug reports with severity, reproduction steps, and customer impact. Watari ranks likely files and functions in a connected codebase and groups duplicate reports into a single issue linked to the original tickets. It can prepare draft pull requests and customer updates for review, and posts an update only after someone approves it and the deployment is confirmed.

Forms (Support)

Forms lets you create custom forms that can be sent to customers via email or shared as links. Responses are automatically captured and linked back to the originating Zendesk ticket. Design reusable form templates with various field types. Forms are automatically associated with Zendesk tickets. View form submissions directly from the ticket sidebar and automatically send forms based on Zendesk triggers.

Additional apps added in October:

Zoom Workforce Management (Support) opens from the Zendesk top bar in a compact agent experience. Agents can view schedules, submit time-off, schedule-change, and shift-swap requests, access the schedule offer board when their account enables it, and receive relevant Workforce Management alerts as native Zendesk notifications.

Shipped.ai (Messaging) is an ecommerce-focused AI agent that completes support tasks such as applying promo codes, filing warranty claims, editing orders, and creating returns. It confirms completed actions to customers in the same conversation instead of simply answering and handing off the ticket.

Schedule Send by Saasly (Support) allows support agents to compose replies in advance and automatically send them at a specific date and time. The app helps teams manage follow-ups, respond during business hours, and maintain consistent customer communication without manual reminders.

Google + Meta Ads Conversion Tracking (Support) closes the loop between an ad click and the customer it produced. A Zendesk trigger tells it when an outcome happens - an order won, a signup, a completed job - and it reports that to Google Ads and Meta as a conversion, so your campaigns optimize toward real customers, not clicks.

Required Fields Manager (Support) lets admins make any custom ticket field required to fill in, for any combination of ticket type and ticket status. This app lets Questions, Incidents, Problems, and Tasks each have their own rules for every status a ticket can be in New, Open, Pending, On-hold, and Solved.

Stripe by Canadesk (Support) shows a requester’s Stripe customer record, subscriptions, payments, and invoices in the Zendesk ticket sidebar after matching the requester by email. Agents can issue refunds, cancel subscriptions immediately or at period end, and share the customer’s billing-portal link in a reply.

CRM Scene Customer Context (Support) helps agents understand the person behind a ticket. See customer contact details, the organization shown on the ticket, previous tickets, and things that may need attention without leaving Zendesk Support.

Pulse (Support) shows the event history of a ticket requester or a user profile, right in the sidebar. It highlights activity that happens outside of Zendesk purchases, logins, phone calls, cancellations alongside native Zendesk events, so agents don't have to piece together context from multiple systems.

Auto Internal Note (Support) gives agents a rich-text workspace in the ticket sidebar for drafting internal context while they work. When the ticket status changes or the ticket is saved, the app waits briefly, posts the content as a private internal note, and clears the editor after a successful post.

Outreach (Support) puts a proactive ticket composer in the Zendesk Support navigation bar. Pick the people, write the ticket once, personalize it with placeholders, and it creates one ticket per person through Zendesk's own bulk API, with live progress and a per-person result.

Change Manager (Support) adds a Change ticket type alongside Question, Incident, Problem, and Task, with categories such as Emergency, Normal, or Standard. It displays the fields relevant to each change process—such as rationale, risk, implementation, and backout plans—while keeping unrelated fields out of the way.

Power Views (Support) an alternative to the built-in views page. Organize views into folders, edit them live and watch the results change as you type, and bulk edit anything from two tickets to the whole view.

Employee Onboarding (Support) adds a new employee form to the Zendesk Support navigation bar. Fill it in and the app creates a ticket for the new hire: they become the requester, get a friendly welcome message straight away, and the ticket holds everything your team needs to get them ready for day one.

Customer Notes (Support) puts a living profile of the customer next to every ticket. Agents write notes about the person, not the ticket, tag them with traits like VIP or Do not call, and see their history and health at a glance.

Project Manager (Support) turns Zendesk tickets into projects, with each project and task represented as a ticket that can be assigned, tracked, and reported through existing Zendesk workflows. Agents can explore the project tree, rearrange tasks by drag and drop, and view the plan in an adjacent Gantt chart.

Chatbase WhatsApp Relay (Support) is the companion app for the Chatbase WhatsApp relay. The app shows whether the WhatsApp 24-hour customer service window is open, with a live countdown. It blocks composer replies that WhatsApp would refuse once the window has closed.

Ticket Search (Support) lets agents search tickets, users, and organizations from the ticket sidebar using keywords or details from the current ticket, then open a top match.

TipTap (Support) lets customers tip support agents after a ticket is solved, with personalized tip links, Stripe Connect payouts, and tools for teams to track appreciation.

CSAT Response Suite (Support) gives agents ticket and requester satisfaction context and helps teams analyze feedback in a dashboard with filters, configurable columns, and file exports.

TROCCO (Support) helps teams build and operate data pipelines that transfer Zendesk data to warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake, with transformation and workflow orchestration tools.

IssueBadge (Support) lets agents view and issue digital certificates or badges from ticket and user sidebars, or search for users and issue badges in bulk.

Conditional Field Values (Support) filters ticket dropdown options based on another field, the selected brand, or the group to help agents choose valid combinations.

Config Guardian (Support) backs up Zendesk Support configuration, compares versions to show changes, and restores earlier settings when needed.

Ticket Print & PDF (Support) exports one ticket or many, including conversation history, internal notes, and attachment details, in PDF, Word, HTML, or ZIP formats.

Security Audit & Evidence (Support) checks Zendesk settings, inventories account access and integrations, tracks changes between audits, and produces evidence reports for auditors.

FieldRule Compass (Support) lets administrators create visual rules that hide, lock, or require ticket fields based on conditions, without working with field IDs or JSON settings.

API Token Migration Auditor (Support) analyzes Zendesk API token usage reports to identify observed callers, endpoint and scope patterns, and a prioritized worklist for OAuth migration.

Webhook Migration Auditor (Support) inspects webhook, trigger, and automation settings to find likely calls using API-token Basic authentication and organize them into a migration review list.

RecordLint (Support) runs administrator-requested, read-only scans of end-user records to find duplicate candidates and other data-quality issues using explainable rules.

Ballet (Support) helps teams design, deploy, and monitor AI agents that resolve and automate Zendesk Support tickets across support workflows.

Customer Context (Support) shows selected customer fields, organization memberships, and recent tickets in agent sidebars, with shortcuts to open related Zendesk records.

Merge by Clever (Support) finds and merges duplicate users or tickets from an open ticket, as records are created, across an existing Zendesk account, or from an imported spreadsheet.

Bulk Export (Support) exports Zendesk tickets, users, and organizations to CSV on demand or on a schedule, with options for fields, comments, and delivery.

BubblaV (Support) answers customer questions using website and Zendesk knowledge, deflects repetitive requests, and creates tickets with conversation context when human help is needed.

SLA Watchtower (Support) lets administrators review SLA policies in matching order, including their conditions and targets, and highlights potential overlaps or coverage gaps across up to 100 recently updated unresolved tickets. Teams can test a ticket or hypothetical attributes to predict which policy would match first.

HelpDeskID Identity Verification (Support) lets agents verify requesters from a ticket sidebar using Duo Push, its mobile app, security keys or passkeys, one-time codes, or email links. It displays results in real time, records outcomes and verification tags on tickets, supports incoming verification requests, and shows each requester’s latest status to help agents choose a stronger method.

Advance Field Management (Support) gives administrators group-based control over ticket-field visibility, editing, and dropdown values, with rules targeted by ticket form, brand, status, or custom status. Teams can preview access for sample groups and ticket conditions, duplicate rules, export backups, preview imports, and migrate existing Field Bar configurations.

BreachLedger (Support) reconstructs a ticket’s assignee, group, and status at the time of a historical first-response SLA breach, helping administrators review how the breach occurred. It can inspect a specific ticket or find candidates in recent metric-event exports, show supporting timestamps and event or audit IDs, flag uncertain results, and export selected evidence as JSON.

Ops Monitor (Support) tracks nine ticket and agent signals, including backlogs, untouched or unassigned tickets, stalled work, drops in ticket volume, and agent availability or workload. It can send Slack alerts at configured thresholds, apply monitoring windows and exclusions, and provide a daily digest of the previous day’s activity.

Elaichi (Support) connects Zendesk and more than 700 other apps to AI tools, allowing teams to search, summarize, and act across their workflows. Users can ask about open tickets, retrieve customer histories, draft replies, tag tickets, and update users through Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, MCP clients, Elaichi Agent, and connected tools such as Jira, Slack, and HubSpot.

KB to PDF (Support) turns a Help Center article into a print-ready PDF with its title, update date, source link, and page numbers. It accepts an article link or knowledge-base search, removes surrounding Help Center navigation and comments, and supports restricted articles the agent can access and multiple locales.

Link and Clone Plus (Support) lets agents find tickets by number or keyword, link one or more related tickets from the sidebar, and open linked records in one click. It also creates editable clone drafts so agents can change ticket details and choose which information to copy before creating a new ticket.

Agent Status Automation (Support) schedules standard or custom Zendesk statuses, with administrators able to assign schedules individually or in bulk. It supports weekly schedules, holidays, and out-of-office dates, imports existing schedules, shows upcoming and past changes, prompts agents to go online during shifts, and alerts administrators when a scheduled change fails.

RoutIQ (Support) scores available agents using learned skill profiles, current workload, and assignment recency, then routes incoming tickets according to view-based policies or direct-route rules. It can show agents the matched rule, selected agent, and runner-up in the ticket sidebar, and retries failed routing jobs.

Ringly AI (Support) answers Shopify store calls, looks up orders, tracks shipments, and handles common product, shipping, and returns questions. When callers request a person or further help, it can create a Zendesk ticket with a call summary, transcript, and call link, and it can log resolved calls as solved tickets with internal notes.

Streamkap (Support) streams selected Zendesk resources into destinations such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Redshift, or S3, organizing each resource as its own table. It can sync tickets and their comments, audits, metrics, and side conversations, as well as users, organizations, groups, and support configuration.

Syft by Veryation (Support) helps teams sort suspended tickets using rules that match senders, support addresses, subjects, message text, or suspension causes, with options to recover, delete, or hold a ticket for review. Teams can preview rule outcomes, set delays, take manual actions, download run histories, and process rules automatically every few minutes while an authorized agent or admin has Zendesk open.

Offshoot by Veryation (Support) creates an unrelated question from an existing ticket by creating a second, linked ticket, so each issue can have its own status and assignee. This lets agents choose which messages to move, review a suggested subject, select the requester or a copied recipient, and carry over fields, CCs, tags, and attachments.

OTISA FollowUp (Support) lets agents schedule up to three future messages from a ticket and automatically cancels remaining messages if the customer replies. It can draft editable, context-aware follow-ups based on the public conversation, customer language, and agent writing style, and includes an overview of scheduled and sent messages, replies, pending follow-ups, and failures.

KaiCalls (Support) provides a business phone line with an automated secretary that can take messages, answer common questions, book appointments, and send missed-call alerts. It can create a Zendesk ticket for each inbound call with a private note containing caller details, call summary, time, outcome, and call link.

WitAsk by Witbor (Support) lets support teams send forms through WhatsApp from a ticket or start a form-based WhatsApp conversation from Zendesk’s top bar. Teams can build text, choice, dropdown, and date questions with a visual editor or AI, map answers to ticket or user fields, manage message templates, and track sends, responses, and response rates.

PDF Export (Support) turns Help Center articles into print-ready PDFs that preserve headings, images, tables, and lists, with source links, update dates, page numbers, and repeated table headers. It can also create ticket PDFs with key fields, the conversation, and attachment links; agents can choose articles or tickets by search, link, ID, or ticket number.

Zipchat (Support) an AI support agent for online stores that learns from a merchant’s website, products, and policies and answers shoppers across chat, email, WhatsApp, and social channels. It replies to Zendesk tickets as an assigned agent and hands conversations to the team with an internal note when a customer requests a person or the issue needs human help.

Ticket Merge (Support) helps agents compare related tickets, choose which one to keep, and combine the work from the ticket sidebar; batch merging can include multiple source tickets. It displays saved details in a comparison view before confirmation, records operations so agents can check interrupted merges, and can recover a closed merged source as a new ticket with private history.

Ticket Flagging (Support) lets agents pin important past conversations from ticket, requester, or organization views and reopen those conversations when they need context. Keep requester and organization lists separate, giving teams a shared reference for individual customer history and organization-wide context.

Macro Governance (Support) gives admins usage counts and filters for unused, low-use, recently edited, inactive, and personal macros, with CSV export for review. It supports bulk edits with before-and-after previews and undo, version comparison and restore, and a duplicate finder for macros with similar titles or actions.

Super Duper Search (Support) helps admins search Zendesk configuration, Dynamic Content, and Help Center catalogs, then inspect results and coverage before exporting.it creates readable Excel workbooks that group macro and rule conditions with their actions, link records back to their source IDs, and display comment text without HTML.

Rastro for Bling (Support) matches a ticket requester to a Bling customer by email, CPF, or CNPJ, and shows the customer’s latest orders and their statuses in the ticket sidebar. It also surfaces invoice details with a DANFE link, copyable tracking codes, and pending boleto or Pix charges with payment links.

Scheduled Out of Office (Support) lets agents book whole days or specific hours away from the app’s sidebar, with admins able to schedule time for anyone and view the team’s bookings. It changes an agent’s status at the start of their leave and restores their previous status at the end, using each agent’s own time zone.

ResolveGuard (Support) checks tickets when agents try to mark them solved and can require a resolution summary and image attachment for matching damaged-item cases. It shows each requirement as passed or failed in the ticket sidebar and blocks the save with a message when required evidence is missing.

Auditrak.ai (Support) analyzes Zendesk conversations within a selected date range and scope—such as brand, form, group, channel, or tags—to investigate business questions and surface recurring requests with examples.

Ticket PDF & Attachments (Support) adds a ticket-sidebar tool for printing or saving a readable PDF with ticket participants, organization, group, brand, labeled custom fields, tags, and the full conversation.
