Zendesk for Contact Center Dashboards (Support)

Zendesk for Contact Center Dashboards gives you seamless access to your contact center’s core performance metrics and reporting – all in real time and within the familiar Zendesk environment. Gain immediate visibility into real-time and historical contact center metrics. Access all four Zendesk for Contact Center dashboards directly within Zendesk. Monitor agent and team performance effortlessly to make timely, informed decisions.

Reddit by AppDash (Support)

Reddit by AppDash seamlessly connects your Zendesk workspace with Reddit, allowing your team to monitor and engage with Reddit discussions in real time. Simply choose the subreddits and keywords you want to track — whether it’s your brand name, product mentions, competitors, or industry topics — and the integration will automatically create Zendesk tickets for every new Reddit post that matches your criteria. Each Reddit post appears as a ticket, where your team can view the content and reply directly from Zendesk.

Trigger Analyzer 2025 (Support)

Zemplate (Support) is a no-code email template designer. Change colors, spaces, borders and more with simple input and slider controls. Add logos, banners, and more to the header, footer, or background of your emails. Copy the generated code into Email template settings in the Admin Centre.

Disable Ticket Fields (Support) lets you choose which ticket fields to disable for agents. Select the fields you want to disable in the agent interface. The fields will still be visible to the agents but they will not be editable.

Trigger Exporter (Support) you export Zendesk Support triggers to CSV for analysis and auditing. Just open the app and click Export to receive a report that includes things like Trigger name, ID, status, position, and category, all “ALL” and “ANY” conditions, all actions, created and modified dates, and direct edit links for fast access.
