IntegrateCloud creates an easy way to clone any opened ticket, and create a new ticket with the cloned data. The new ticket can be created as an incident ticket by simply selecting the Is Incident? checkbox. All the custom fields and all the comments from the opened ticket can be copied to the new ticket by simply selecting Include Comments and Include Custom Fields checkboxes.
