** Create New ticket **

The Create ticket: lets the Zendesk user create a new ticket # in ConnectWise platform. The Support agent can select different fields like company, site , board, Contact, Custom Fields, Upload Fields. Based on Zendesk user inputs and selections in the Create new ticket form, the ticket will be created instantly in the ConnectWise and then display the corresponding information details will be displayed in the ConnectWise integration app.

The Link button in the Zendesk-ConnectWise app allows the support agent to link an existing ConnectWise Workitem # to the current Zendesk ticket. Zendesk - ConnectWise app allows the user to create or link multiple tickets to one Zendesk ticket.

Notify button in Zendesk - ConnectWise app allows the support agent to notify all or particular ConnectWise tickets. The linked ticket information will be displayed in the comment in the ConnectWise ticket. The support agent can also send the files from Zendesk to ConnectWise while notifying.

In the Zendesk - ConnectWise app ticket history modal shows the details of ticket history including the comments and few other details history of the linked ticket.Users can link existing tickets to any Zendesk tickets. Users can also send the notifications to tickets.

Syncing of Comments and Status

In the Zendesk-ConnectWise Integration app Syncing lets you enable the syncing of comments,status,attachments from ConnectWise to Zendesk and syncing of comments from Zendesk to ConnectWise instantly.

설치 방법

  • Click Install button to install the app to your Zendesk instance.

    1. Once the app is installed, go to any of your existing ticket or create a new ticket.

    2. Click on the Apps link and you will see the ConnectWise App.

    3. Click on Authenticate button to authenticate your Zendesk and ConnectWise Credentials(company Id,client Id,private key, public key). In the popup fill the Zendesk URL, Zendesk API token and ConnectWise credentials like ConnectWise account company Id,client Id,private key, public key then click validate. Once the credentials are validated you are ready to use the app.
