About this app
See the customer's PrestaShop orders on the ticket, from every shop of your multistore, with no module to install. When someone writes in about an order, Caddywell shows every order they placed next to the ticket: items, totals, payment, delivery address, carrier with a tracking link, status history, credit slips and the order's messages, with their lifetime value. Agents you allow can change the order status, add or fix the tracking number and add a message to the order, with or without PrestaShop's customer emails. Every action is written to the ticket as an internal note.
Works with PrestaShop 1.7.6 to 9 through PrestaShop's own Webservice: you create a key in your back office and paste it into the app settings. Nothing to install in PrestaShop, no outside account, billed by Zendesk. Caddywell is built by Great Work LLC. It is not made or endorsed by Zendesk or PrestaShop SA. PrestaShop is a registered trademark of PrestaShop SA.
Every order, from every shop
- Found by every email on the requester's profile, registered and guest, in every shop of a multistore.
- Each order in full: items, refunds and returns, discounts, shipping, payments, delivery address and status history.
- Tracking links, credit slips, lifetime value and the order's messages.
- Insert the order status in your reply.
No match? Look up any order reference, id or email. One click opens it in your back office.
Actions with guard rails
- Change the order status, with or without the status email, from the statuses you allow.
- Add or fix a tracking number, and send the "in transit" email if you want.
- Add a message to the order: a team-only note, or one the customer sees in their account.
Every action shows exactly what will happen first, with a warning when a status counts as paid.
- You decide who may act: admins only by default, or agents, roles or groups you list. Each action type can be switched off.
- Refunds, plainly stated: PrestaShop's Webservice has no refund operation, so Caddywell shows credit slips, can set the Refunded status, and opens the order in your back office for the refund itself.
Logged on the ticket, every time
After PrestaShop accepts an action, Caddywell adds an internal note with the order, the change and the agent, plus a tag (caddywell_status, caddywell_tracking, caddywell_message) for views and reports. An action is never sent twice.
Multistore and several stores
Every order shows its shop, and a Zendesk brand can see its own shops first. Connect up to three separate PrestaShop installations.
Plans (billed monthly by Zendesk)
- Starter: $32 per month, Zendesk accounts with up to 3 agents and admins.
- Team: $75 per month, up to 10 agents and admins.
- Business: $175 per month, up to 25 agents and admins.
- Scale: $7.50 per agent per month, for accounts with more than 25 agents and admins.
Every feature is on every plan, with up to three PrestaShop installations and no outside subscription. 14-day trial; Zendesk asks for a card at install and billing starts when the trial ends unless you uninstall. No free plan. If your Zendesk account grows past your plan, the order list stays visible and order details and actions pause until you change plan.
Your data
Your Webservice key is stored as a Zendesk secure setting. It never reaches agents' browsers: Zendesk adds it to each request on the way to your store, and only to the store domain you entered. Caddywell has no Great Work server, keeps no copy of your PrestaShop or Zendesk data, has no export, sends nothing to Great Work or anyone else (not even usage statistics), does no background work and uses no AI. No module to install in PrestaShop.

설치 방법
- In your PrestaShop back office, go to Advanced Parameters > Webservice. Set Enable PrestaShop's webservice to Yes and save. Click Add new webservice key, generate a key, describe it as "Caddywell for Zendesk" and set Status to Yes.
- Tick View (GET) for:
addresses,carriers,countries,currencies,customer_messages,customer_threads,customers,order_carriers,order_details,order_histories,order_payments,order_slip,order_states,orders,shops. For actions, also tick Add (POST) fororder_histories(status changes),customer_threadsandcustomer_messages(messages), and Modify (PUT) fororder_carriers(tracking numbers). Leave out what you do not want agents to do. In a multistore, tick every shop under Shop association. Save and copy the key. Install Caddywell from the Zendesk Marketplace and choose the plan for your number of agents and admins: Starter (up to 3), Team (up to 10), Business (up to 25) or Scale (per agent above 25). The 14-day trial starts now; Zendesk asks for a card and starts billing when the trial ends unless you uninstall.
- Fill in Store domain with the domain only, in lowercase, like
shop.example.com(nohttps://, no path). If PrestaShop lives in a sub-folder, put it in Base path, like/shop. - Paste the Webservice key. Zendesk stores it as a secure setting; agents never see it and Zendesk only sends it to the store domain you entered. Optional: the Back office URL (your admin folder address) for "Open in PrestaShop" links.
- For messages, enter the PrestaShop employee id that messages from Zendesk are written as (Advanced Parameters > Team, the ID column).
- Optional: map Zendesk brands to shops (Shops per brand, like
360001: 1), and add a second or third PrestaShop installation with its own domain, key and brands. - Choose Who may take actions:
admin(the default),agentfor everyone, custom role ids, orgroup:<id>for groups, separated by commas. Switch each action type on or off, and optionally list the Statuses agents may set. Open a ticket from a customer. Caddywell shows their orders in the sidebar. Actions write an internal note on the ticket.
Your store needs HTTPS that Zendesk's servers can reach, with the /api address working (PrestaShop's standard URL rewriting). If the sidebar says the store did not accept the key, that a permission is missing, or that a firewall blocked Zendesk, the setup guide at https://greatwork.company/apps/caddywell-for-prestashop/docs has the fix.
Caddywell creates nothing in your Zendesk account and installs nothing in PrestaShop. It adds internal notes and caddywell_* tags to tickets only when an agent takes an action; they stay if you uninstall. Uninstalling deletes the stored keys; also delete the Webservice key in PrestaShop.
