About this app
Every public holiday your teams close for, in your Zendesk schedules, years ahead, in one click. Pick the countries, states, provinces or nations each business schedule covers. Holitide shows the year's holidays, adds the missing ones to the schedule, never adds one twice, and keeps the schedule filled as Zendesk's two-year window moves forward. Your SLAs, business-hours views and automations stop counting closed days.
Built for teams in more than one place
Holiday dates for 200+ countries and their states and regions ship inside the app: US states, German Länder, Canadian provinces, Australian states, the four UK nations, Swiss cantons, Spanish communities, Indian and Brazilian states and more.
Several regions on one schedule: a holiday that two regions share becomes one closure, named "Christmas Day (US, CA)".
Public holidays by default; add bank or optional holidays per schedule.
Observed days: when a region moves a weekend holiday to a weekday, the moved day is added.
Holidays that land on days the schedule is closed anyway are left out, so the list stays short.
Names in English or in the country's own language ("Fronleichnam", "Heiliger Abend").
Never duplicated
Holitide reads what is already on each schedule before it writes. Holidays already there, including ones you typed in yourself that cover the same days, are respected and nothing is added on top. Run it twice and nothing changes.
Your own days, too
Add company days next to the public ones: a founders' day every March 14, the last Friday of June, a five-day summer shutdown, a one-off office move. Untick any public holiday you stay open for, and it stays out every year.
Preview, then apply
See every holiday for this year, next year and the year after, with what will happen to each: added, already there, covered by your own holiday, closed anyway, or not yet open in Zendesk.
Next year takes care of itself
Zendesk only accepts holidays two years ahead, so every year new dates open up. When an admin opens Holitide, it adds them automatically (if you turn that on per schedule) or shows a reminder with the count. If you change a schedule's regions or untick a holiday later, Holitide removes the upcoming holidays it added that no longer apply.
Undo in one click
Remove holidays Holitide added deletes exactly the holidays Holitide created on that schedule (it keeps their ids), upcoming ones by default. Holidays you added by hand are never touched.
Plans
- Standard: $29 per Zendesk account per month, up to 3 business schedules.
- Unlimited: $59 per Zendesk account per month, every business schedule in the account.
Both plans include every feature. 14-day trial: Zendesk asks for a card at install and billing starts when the trial ends unless you uninstall. Billed monthly by Zendesk.
Requires business schedules: Zendesk Suite Growth or higher, or Support Professional or Enterprise. Only admins can change schedules in Zendesk, so admins use Holitide; agents can open it to see upcoming closures.
Your data
Holitide runs entirely in the admin's browser inside Zendesk. The holiday dates are part of the app, so it calls no outside service and needs no account, key or token. It reads your business schedules and their holidays and writes holidays to them; its own setup (regions, options, the ids of the holidays it added) is saved in a hidden setting on the app installation in your Zendesk. It reads no tickets or customer data, keeps no copies of anything outside Zendesk, uses no AI, and sends nothing to Great Work or anyone else.
Holiday data comes from the date-holidays project (CC BY-SA 3.0). Laws and decrees change; check the dates that matter to you in the preview, and tell us about any error.

설치 방법
Install Holitide from the Zendesk Marketplace. The 14-day trial starts now; Zendesk asks for a card and starts billing when the trial ends unless you uninstall. Holitide installs nothing else on your account: no fields, triggers or objects.
You need at least one business schedule (Admin Center > Objects and rules > Business rules > Schedules). Only Zendesk admins can change schedules, so only admins can add holidays with Holitide; agents who open it see the upcoming closures.
- Open Holitide from the left navigation bar (the calendar with a star) and choose Set up next to a schedule.
Add the countries and states, provinces or nations that schedule closes for, choose public, bank or optional holidays, and add any company days. Untick holidays you stay open for.
- Check the preview for this year and the next two, then choose Save and update Zendesk. Run it again any time: nothing is added twice.
- Optional, per schedule: Add new holidays automatically when an admin opens Holitide, so next year's dates are added as Zendesk opens them. Otherwise Holitide shows a reminder.
Uninstalling stops Holitide; the holidays it added stay on your schedules. To take them off first, open each schedule in Holitide and choose Remove holidays Holitide added.
