설치 방법

You need administrator permissions in both Shopify and Zendesk Sell to set up the integration.

  1. Click the Install button in the Zendesk App Marketplace to set up the Shopify app in your Zendesk Sell account.

  2. Follow the instructions on the screen and specify which app features you would like to enable.

  3. Enter your Shopify store subdomain and click the Sign in with Shopify link

  4. Authorize the external service to allow the app to communicate with your Shopify store.

  5. After you get back to the app settings page, click on the Install button.

  6. Enjoy the benefits of having Shopify and Zendesk work seamlessly together.
