How the HubSpot App works

HubSpot is a CRM platform that addresses challenges in inbound marketing, sales, and customer service by facilitating lead generation and management, automating marketing tasks, managing sales pipelines, enhancing customer support through ticketing and feedback systems, and much more. The HubSpot app from Leafworks enhances this ecosystem by allowingusers to display HubSpot data within Zendesk, providing easy access to valuable customer insights directly in the Zendesk interface and deeplinks to quickly find needed data in the Hubspot.

Overview

Hubspot app automatically checks and links HubSpot contacts to Zendesk users. For each new ticket, a search by user's email is automatically performed, but in cases, no data has been found, agents can connect HubSpot contacts manually with a search.

The contact data will be displayed in the ticket sidebar with the following features:

• Search for contacts using a flexible query

• Display detailed information about contacts

• Display detailed information about the company

• Select which contact and company fields to display

• Show deal history

• Show the activity timeline

• Link a specific contact to a Zendesk user
