The Side Tickets app simplifies creating multiple child tickets and link them to a main ticket. You can easily link tickets, sync comments and attachments as public or private replies. Moreover, agents save time by accessing key information without searching through multiple tickets. 💡 Within the app, you can choose a plan (standard or premium). Your configuration will not be lost if you want to upgrade from standard version to premium.
