To install the List Links, please follow the below instructions.1. Click Install in the top-right corner of this screen.2. Choose your Zendesk instance.3. If you want to restrict the use of the app, scroll down and select either your Group Permissions or Role Permissions.4. Click Install.5. Visit a ticket. in the sidebar locate the List Link application.6. Click on the configuration button. Add one or more categories, providing a name and the links or part of a link that will be categorized.7. Only administrators user can configure link categories.
