Installation Guide

To start receiving notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Install the app – Click "Install" in the Zendesk Marketplace. You may be prompted to enter your credit card details, but you will only be charged if you continue using the app after the free trial ends. You can uninstall it anytime.

    • If you prefer to install the app without a credit card, use the NOCC coupon during checkout.
  2. Grant permissions – After installation, click the Notifier icon in the top bar to grant the necessary permissions.

  3. Enable web push notifications (optional) – If you want to receive notifications even when your browser is closed, go to Notifier Widget → Settings → Allow Web Push.

    • Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Test notifications – Assign a ticket to yourself and check for notifications when the ticket is updated by a requester.
