About this app
Threat Sight provides real-time threat intelligence and risk assessment for Zendesk tickets. The app performs 8-factor analysis including IP threat detection, disposable email verification, user agent analysis, content scanning, geographic risk assessment, behavioral patterns, account age, and activity monitoring. It integrates multiple open-source threat intelligence feeds (Binary Defense, Emerging Threats, Feodo Tracker, Blocklist.de, Spamhaus DROP, Cisco Talos, SSL Blacklist) and provides weighted risk scores from SAFE to CRITICAL.
DATA PRIVACY: Ticket, user, email, and IP data from Zendesk is processed client-side in the browser for local risk assessment. Threat intelligence matching occurs locally using JavaScript. User preferences are stored in browser localStorage, scoped to your Zendesk instance. The app downloads public open-source threat intelligence feeds through Zendesk's secure proxy and uses them for local matching. The app requires no API keys or credentials, implements no analytics or tracking, and transmits no telemetry data.

Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
No configuration is required.
Open a ticket, user, organization, or chat sidebar. Threat Sight will display a local risk assessment using enabled public threat intelligence feeds.
Optional: expand IOC Sources to choose which feeds are used for matching.
