About this app
There are times when you can’t or shouldn’t grant contractors or external teams direct access to your Zendesk. Forwarder solves this by letting you securely share the entire ticket conversation, including private comments, with any external email address.
Recipients can reply directly to the forwarded email, and their response will be automatically added back to the original Zendesk ticket as a private comment—keeping all collaboration in one place without exposing your Zendesk environment.
Forwarding a conversation is simple: select the recipient’s email address and click Forward all comments.

Install Forwarder to collaborate seamlessly with teams that don’t have a Zendesk account.
Installation steps
Install the AppClick Install on the Zendesk Marketplace and use the NOCC coupon to install without a credit card.
Grant PermissionsOpen a Zendesk ticket, locate the Forwarder app in the ticket sidebar, and click the Authorize Application button. In the newly opened tab, grant access to your account.
(Optional) Configure sending from your domain
Go to Configuration. Enter a domain name (for example,team.yourdomain.com) if you want to send emails from your own domain.
