Custom Settings -

This theme includes the following settings in the theme UI customization admin area:

Translation You can turn the translation option check to use dynamic content translations.

Colors (brand color, brand text color, background color, text color, link color).

Fonts (select from a list of font families Zendesk Theming provides). You can use custom web fonts (Google fonts or on your own) for this you have to buy our Developer Edition theme because you need to have code access to use fonts.

Brand You can add your company logo and can also add a favicon for your theme

Frequently Asked Question Homepage

Enter the ID of the Frequently Asked Question category you want to display articles for in the Frequently Asked Question Homepage block in the theme settings.

Note: If the category ID is not specified in the theme settings for the FAQ block, the following error message will be displayed: "Error fetching category details. Please specify the category ID in the theme settings." To resolve this, ensure that the category ID is added in the theme settings to display the FAQ articles correctly. also sharing a screenshot for reference.If you do not include a Category ID on the FAQ homepage, only one category will be displayed without any images. We kindly request that you include a Category ID to enhance the design and user experience. By adding a Category ID, the FAQ articles will be presented in an organized accordion-style format, improving both functionality and aesthetics.

Home Page Elements You can enable or disable recent activities to be shown on your home page.

Article Page Elements You can enable or disable article page elements:- Show sidebar of the article in section page, Show author image, and name, show comments on articles, user can follow a specific article, show recently viewed articles, show related articles, and social media sharing on articles.

Social Media Links You can put the links of your social media handle on the footer. This theme allows a maximum of five links to any social media handle.

Theme Editions -

Standard Edition: USD? (one-time cost with access to free upgrades to future versions -- minors and patches). The source code is not available in this edition. You will be able to change all important settings via admin UI.
