What the OpsHub app does

The OpsHub app for Zendesk enables organizations to either integrate Zendesk with external enterprise systems or migrate data between Zendesk and other supported platforms.

OIM synchronizes tickets, work items, incidents, requirements, defects, comments, attachments, relationships, history, and traceability data while allowing each team to continue working in its preferred application. Codeless configuration, enterprise scalability, and flexible field mapping help organizations eliminate silos, maintain system ownership, support digital thread initiatives, and enable AI-ready enterprise data.

Migration capabilities

OpsHub Migration Manager (OMM) enables organizations to migrate Zendesk data to or from supported platforms with minimal disruption. It supports project migrations, platform consolidations, cloud adoption initiatives, and enterprise modernization programs.

OMM migrates tickets, work items, requirements, defects, comments, attachments, relationships, history, and traceability information while preserving business context. OpsHub Migration Manager accesses customer data only for the purpose of executing customer-authorized migration and modernization activities between supported systems.

Data may include work items, requirements, defects, test artifacts, comments, attachments, users, workflows, and related metadata required to perform migration.

OpsHub does not use customer data for advertising, profiling, analytics unrelated to the migration engagement, model training, or any purpose outside the customer's authorized migration activities. Customer data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Data is transmitted securely using encrypted communication channels and industry-standard REST APIs.

OpsHub implements security controls designed to help protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Detailed audit logs provide visibility into migration activities and support operational troubleshooting.
