Head on over to Pabbly's 'Sign Up' page in order to create an account.
After you've gained entry into your Pabbly account, you need to create API credentials to connect to the Pabbly Connect app.
Go to the Pabbly's Subscription Billing Dashboard, then:
- Click 'Settings' from the left sidebar menu
- Upon loading the next page, click the 'API Settings' link under the 'All Settings' heading
- If you haven't already generated an 'API Key' and 'Secret Key', then click the 'Generate API' button
- Save the 'API Key' and 'Secret Key' temporarily somewhere
- Per Zendesk's rules, the 'API Key' and 'Secret Key' needs to be 'encoded', this can be done by doing the following:
- Go to our API Credential Encoder page
- Enter your 'API Key' and 'Secret Key' into their respective fields
- Your API credentials will be automatically encoded and you can copy it from the 'API Token' field
- Go to the Pabbly Connect's app settings and paste the encoded API token into the 'pabbly_secret' field
- Click the 'Update' button
That's it! You should be all set!
