What the Integration Does Well
SmartTicket AI leverages advanced AI models hosted on Microsoft Azure to deliver instant ticket summarization, customer sentiment detection, and context-aware draft replies directly within the Zendesk Agent Workspace. It is designed for maximum speed and zero workflow friction, allowing your team to understand long ticket threads in seconds.
Data Disclosure & Privacy
We employ a strict Zero-Retention Transient Architecture. Ticket subjects and comments are parsed in-memory, evaluated against Azure AI Foundry, and returned directly to the agent's browser. We do not store, retain, log, or use your customer conversations to train AI models.
Note on Agent Metadata: To automate your 7-day free trial provisioning, enforce quota limits securely, and dispatch Stripe customer portals, the app transmits the acting agent's email address and role. This metadata is strictly used for operational notifications (e.g., reaching the 50-request limit) and is never shared or misused.

Setting up SmartTicket AI
Click the Install button to add the app to your Zendesk workspace.
Open any existing ticket or create a new one.
Expand the right-hand Apps sidebar in the Ticket interface to reveal the SmartTicket AI widget.
Click the Generate AI Summary button to begin your automated 7-day or 50-request free trial immediately. No complex configuration or credit card is required to start!
