Conditional Dropdown Filter lets admins connect two dropdown ticket fields so that when an agent selects a value in the parent field, the child field instantly shows only the relevant options.

Data usage
To filter options, the app reads ticket field values locally in your browser. This data is never transmitted or stored outside Zendesk.
Requirements
Your Zendesk plan must include Custom Objects.

설치 방법
Install the app - no settings are required at install time.
Open any ticket and find the app in the ticket sidebar. Admins see the rule builder automatically.
- Click New rule, pick a parent dropdown field and a child dropdown field, then check which child options are allowed for each parent value.
Save the rule. Agents will immediately see filtered options when editing tickets.
- (Optional) In Password protection, control whether agents can see the app and protect the settings view with a password.
