About this app
Agent License Monitor by 3Dvers helps Zendesk administrators manage agent licences and communicate with specific user groups.
Features:
Inactive Users Monitor — identify licensed agents and admins who have not logged in within a configurable period (1–24 months). Toggle Light Agents in or out of the view. Export results to CSV.
Export Users by Role — select any role and instantly generate a semicolon-separated email list ready to paste into a BCC field.
Summary statistics at the top show total licensed users, inactive count, active count, and licence utilisation — all updated in real time as you adjust filters.
Data disclosure: This app reads agent and admin user data (name, email, role, last login date) from your Zendesk account solely to display it within the app. No data is transmitted to any external server. All processing happens locally in your browser.

설치 방법
Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Navigate to Admin Centre → Apps and Integrations → Apps and enable the app.
Open Zendesk Support — the Agent License Monitor icon will appear in the left navigation bar.
Click the icon to open the dashboard. Only users with the Administrator role can access the app.
