Getting Started
Install the Screen Recording by Userplane app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Sign up for a Userplane account at userplane.io if you don't already have one.
Connect your Zendesk workspace to Userplane by following the prompts in the app.
Once connected, the Userplane app will appear in your ticket sidebar and top bar.
Using Userplane
Open a ticket in Zendesk Support.
In the Userplane sidebar, click to create a new recording request.
Share the recording link with your customer via ticket reply.
When the customer completes the recording, it will appear in the Userplane sidebar with console logs, network activity, and device metadata.
