About this app
Ticket Access Logs helps organizations meet security and compliance requirements by making ticket access data visible inside Zendesk. The app shows who viewed or modified a ticket and when, supporting access audits, investigations of unauthorized access, and compliance with data protection standards (such as GDPR and ISO 27001) that require traceability and accountability for access to customer data.

The app displays the access log for the current ticket, showing when agents or administrators viewed or modified it. This provides a record of both read and write events associated with the ticket.

- Make sure the Advanced Data Privacy and Protection add-on is enabled in your Zendesk account.
- Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace. You can use the NOCC coupon to install without providing a credit card.
Open any support ticket in Zendesk.
- In the ticket sidebar on the right, locate the app Ticket Access Logs.
Use the app to view the access event logs for the selected ticket.
