설치 방법

  1. Login to your Ultimate.ai dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > CRM Integration

  3. Choose Sunshine Integration from the dropdown

  4. Click Integration Params

  5. Choose Escalation type Switchboard & toggle Using Zendesk messaging ON

  6. Save and close the panel

  7. Click Authorize Sunshine conversations

  8. Choose your zendesk subdomain and follow the instructions

  9. Once authorized go to your zendesk admin panel on to connect the newly installed Ultimate bot

  10. Once connected enable the automation engine from your ultimate Dashboard don the CRM settings page
