Polytomic

Polytomic automatically attaches internal customer context to your supporttickets and chats, so your agents don't have to hunt for it.

Using Polytomic you can pull data from any internal source and display itinstantly with your suport tickets.

Polytomic supports all major SQL databases, as well as a growing list ofcloud service providers, including:

  • Amplitude

  • ShipBob

  • Salesforce

설치 방법

To install Polytomic for Zendesk, you must have an active Polytomic account.

  1. Sign up for an account at https://polytomic.com

  2. Log into your account and navigate to the Connection setings

  3. Click "Add", and select "Zendesk" as your connection type

  4. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Zendesk.

After you sign in and grant permission to Polytomic, you'll see a "polytomic token"; copy that, you'll need it!

  • Install Polytomic for Zendesk into your account; when prompted for your Access Token, enter the value from the previous step.
