Step 1: Click Buy.

Step 2: A window will open where you must click on Install.

Step 3: A new window will open and in the Installation section, if applicable, you can choose the option Do you want to activate group restrictions? to manage access only to specific agents instead of the entire team. You can add groups that must have permissions to use the application, which means that only designated agents will be charged. Make sure you complete this process according to the team's needs. You must then complete the Billing Details form. Finally, click on Continue to payment.

Step 4: Complete the credit card information, check the box to accept the terms and conditions. Finally click on Continue to payment.

Step 5: If the payment was processed correctly, you will see on the screen under Activated Applications that it is now active.

Step 6: Within your Zendesk instance, go to the Zendesk Products menu, located in the upper right corner, and click on Support.

Step 7: In the main navigation bar located on the left, click on Mercado Pago

Step 8: In Mercado Pago by menze you must go to Associated accounts, and click on Add account.

Step 9: A new Mercado Pago window will open where you must select the country, click on Continue.

Step 10: Next, you must authorize the application to connect with Mercado Pago, click on I understand the scope and implications of connecting with applications from third-party developers and I agree, and then click on Continue.

Step 11: Finally on the next screen click on Authorize this application to complete the process.
