Install into your account

Click the install button located on the top-right of the marketplace app's detailed view.

Select the account to install to and approve by clicking install.

Configure Optional App Settings including:

  • Title (optional)

  • Role restrictions (optional)

  • Group restrictions (optional)

Authorize the app

This is required.

Click on the Authorize with WorknetAI link in the settings screen.

Complete the OAuth process using the email associated with the account you selected.

Finalize install

Click the Install button at the button of the settings screen.

Reorder App

You can now use the My apps experience to reorder the app and place it at the right order. This is optional.

Now navigate to your ticket experience and check the way that they app looks at the right pane
