Customers often share requests with your support team. Now, you can make sure those ideas are captured directly in Aha! — so you can promote the most important ones to your roadmap. Zendesk agents can use this bi-directional integration to quickly convert a ticket into a new idea or link it to an existing one. As development gets underway, automatic updates notify your support team of progress.

Capture customer requests

Support teams can search your ideas portal directly from Zendesk to see whether an idea already exists or create a new one. Information about the customer who requested it and a link to the ticket are included on the idea record in Aha!

Make informed prioritization decisions

Identify support trends. Analyzing ideas submitted via Zendesk helps you better understand the problems your customers need to solve and what they wish your product could do. Promote the most impactful ideas to your roadmap so you can increase customer loyalty and drive product growth.

Provide status updates

As an idea progresses through development, status changes are highlighted in Zendesk. This keeps support teams informed so they can provide an outstanding customer experience. You can also automatically notify the idea submitter of any updates by subscribing them directly to the idea in Aha!

설치 방법

To install the Aha! app, you must:

  • Have an Aha! account.

  • Have at least the Contributor role for for the products that you want to submit ideas to.

  • Have the Customizations Administrator role in your Aha! account.

Zendesk agents will not need an Aha! account to link to ideas in Aha! or to create new ideas.

How to install

To install and configure the Aha! app:

  1. Install the Aha! app in Zendesk.

  2. Configure the app by entering the subdomain for your Aha! account. The subdomain is the part that comes before .aha.io in the URL when you access Aha!.
  3. Go to a ticket in the Zendesk user interface. Open the apps sidebar by clicking the Apps button in the top right of the user interface.

  4. In the Aha! app, click on the link that says Authorize this app.
  5. You will be prompted to log in to Aha! and to authorize Zendesk to access your account.

Once the app is authorized it will be usable by any Zendesk agents without the need for an Aha! account for each agent.
