With this integration, manage Trustpilot reviews from Zendesk without changing your existing customer service workflow. Each new Trustpilot service or product review automatically creates a Zendesk ticket. Reply directly from Zendesk and automate tasks with triggers and macros.

This integration is free to use for Trustpilot customers on the Standard Plan. If you’re not yet a Trustpilot customer, explore our plans here to get started.

Trustpilot users on the Standard Plan can follow these instructions to install the integration:

  1. In your Trustpilot business account, go to Integrations > Customer Support > Zendesk.
  2. Click Download.
  3. In your Zendesk account, click the *Admin *wheel icon on the left-hand side of the page.
  4. Under the Apps section, click Manage.
  5. If you’ve installed any version of this integration before, you must disconnect the old before connecting the new one. Hover over the integration and select Uninstall from the drop-down menu, then click Upload private app. If you’ve never used this integration before, click Upload private app.
  6. Enter an App Name, then click Choose File. Select the file you just downloaded from Trustpilot, then click Upload.
  7. On the next page, enable any role or group restrictions you’d like, then click Install.
  8. Once installed, scroll down to the Channels section on the left-hand side of the page. Click Channel Integrations, then click the Trustpilot integration icon.
  9. Under the Accounts section, click Add account. Select the domains you want to integrate with Zendesk. You can also include product reviews and review tags, so they'll appear in Zendesk. Then click Submit. On the next page, click Allow to confirm.
