설치 방법
** Note: if you do not have admin rights in Zendesk you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Zendesk Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Create a Zendesk API Key
Log into Zendesk
On the left side panel, click the configuration icon
On the middle panel, click on API
On the right panel, select OAuth Clients, then click (+) on the bottom right corner
Complete the following fields to create a client
a. Client Name: Enter a name for your app. This is the name that users will see when asked to grant access to your application.
b. Description (Optional): This is a short description of your app that users will see when asked to grant access to it.
c. Company (Optional): This is the company name that users will see when asked to grant access to your application.
d. Logo (Optional): This is the logo that users will see when asked to grant access to your application. The image can be a JPG, GIF, or PNG. For best results, upload a square image. It will be resized for the authorization page.
e. Unique Identifier: The field is auto-populated with a reformatted version of the name you entered for your app and can be changed.
f. Redirect URLs: Enter https://datagrail.io/oauth/zendesk
g. Click save.
After the page refreshes, a new pre-populated secret field appears on the lower side. This is the "client_secret" value.
Copy the secret value to your clipboard and save it somewhere safe. Note: The characters may extend past the width of the text box, so make sure to select everything before copying.
Click save.
Use the subdomain (the name between https:// and zendesk on the url bar), unique identifier, redirect urls and the secret in your application for the next step.
Step 2: Connect Zendesk
1.Click the edit button (pencil) next to Zendesk, this will launch a modal
In the modal, enter the subdomain, unique identifier (consumer key), secret (consumer secret) and redirect url from step 10
Click “Connect Zendesk” button
