Here is what you can do with this integration:

For new users:
Register for a Zendesk account using your work email.
Install our native Zendesk App "App Reviews by AppFollow" from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Open Admin Center → Apps and Integrations → Channel apps → AppFollow: Review Monitor > Accounts > Add Account.
Add App: Copy and paste the URL of the app for which you want to receive reviews.
Select Filters.
Connect to AppFollow: If you already have an AppFollow account, enter your email and password. If you don't have an account, one will be created automatically.
Click Add Integration. You're all set!
If you’re thinking of changing your settings, that’s what you need to do:
Open Admin Center → Apps and Integrations → Channel apps → AppFollow: Review Monitor -> Accounts
Click on the app you want to edit or add a new app by clicking "Add account"
Start using Zendesk app for free. Your trial will be available for 10 days.
