To Configure Zendesk in Zoho Lens
Log in to Zoho Lens
Navigate to Settings
In settings, goto Integrations>Apps
Search for Zendesk support and click CONFIGURE
Enter the sub-domain and click ENABLE
Now enter your Zendesk credentials and click Sign In

Install Zoho Lens from Zendesk Marketplace
