설치 방법

1. Create a New Conversations API

In your Zendesk admin center, navigate to the section for creating APIs and create a new Conversation API.Skip this step if the Conversations API has already been created.

2. Create “Sunshine Conversation Basic Auth”

Encode the IDs associated with the newly created Conversation API. You will need to enter these during the app configuration process.

3. Create WhatsApp Message template on your WhatsApp Manager portal site.

Get the namespace from the Message Template page in WhatsApp manager portal site. You will need to enter the namaspace during the app configuration process.
