설치 방법
To configure Voice Cloud Softphone with Zendesk, you must:1 - Install the Voice Cloud Softphone app on your Zendesk.2 - Tell your MeuPedi.do business manager what your Zendesk address is.3 - To obtain your apiKey, log into your Meupedi.do panel with a user with administrator permission and in the Administration > Access Keys menu, generate a new key with the Runtalk User profile.4 - After the business manager confirms the configuration, you can log in with your MeuPedi.do username and password on our Softphone installed on your Zendesk.5 - For more information, visit https://www.meupedi.do and contact our experts.
