Originating from our need for efficiency at Grøn Elforsyning, where we faced workforce shortages and pressure on our customer support team, we assembled a specialized team. This team combined top support staff, skilled software developers, and AI and ML experts to develop a solution tailored for customer support needs.The collaboration of experts and end-users, along with continuous live testing, led to the technology's success, prompting us to make it publicly available.Following its success, operations were transferred to ENIGX, emphasizing our principle of creating purposeful technology and products from actual needs rather than inventing uses for preconceived ideas. This approach is the foundation of our innovation and product excellence.

I am not saying choose us
