Request your free Cx MOMENTS trial here.
Then log into your Cx MOMENTS portal and select Zendesk Support as Source data .
Enter your Zendesk domain and click on CONNECT TO ZENDESK SUPPORT .
Login to your own Zendesk instance and click Authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your tickets.
