About this app
Displays an internal note field on the sidebar of the ticket screen to help prevent accidental public replies.
Press 'Comment' to copy your input into the internal note.
You can also configure the 'Comment' button in settings to save input directly as an internal note.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

설치 방법
Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.
Setting:
Enter the title of this app.
You can immediately save comments as an internal note when clicking 'Comment'. (Optional)
Set role and group restrictions. (Optional)
Once installed, the app will be available on the sidebar.
