Temporarily saves the content entered in the comment field to a dedicated ticket field.
Click the icon below the input field to save, paste, or delete the content.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

설치 방법
Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace and select your Zendesk account.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in the required fields and click 'Install'.
Setting:
(Optional) Enable "Show the app in the ticket sidebar".
(Optional) Enable "Clear comment area after saving".
Once installed, the app will be available on the sidebar.
