The SLA Event Tracker app provides a quick and easy interface that displays SLA (Service Level Agreement) data about the ticket.
The goal of the app is to give an agent a quick view of how the ticket is doing against any applicable SLAs. It also defines the variety of terms associated with Service Level Agreements.
This allows users to see when SLA metrics have been applied, fulfilled, and breached.

설치 방법
Enter a name for the application.
Enable any group or role restrictions to limit what groups and roles have access to the app.
- Then click Install.
