Click the Install button in the Zendesk Marketplace.
Choose the Zendesk account where you want to install the app.
After installation, go to the app settings page in Zendesk Admin Center.

Open any ticket in Zendesk, and you will see the 'Time in Status' panel in the sidebar.
Use the Pie Chart and Table views to analyze ticket timelines.
