Data Disclosure
HelloSend only processes customer data necessary to provide messaging and communication services inside Zendesk. All message content, call records, and metadata are securely transmitted and stored using enterprise-grade encryption. 설치 방법
Install the HelloSend App in Zendesk
Search “SMS, Call & WhatsApp for Zendesk” in the Zendesk Marketplace. Click Install and complete the authorization.
Connect Your Messaging Channels
SMS Setup:Use your existing Twilio or RingCentral account. Log in, copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and paste them into HelloSend to authorize SMS messaging.
WhatsApp Setup:- Mobile WhatsApp: Open HelloSend and connect by scanning the QR code using your WhatsApp mobile app.- Meta WhatsApp: Connect via your Facebook Business account for API-based messaging.
Voice Call Setup (Twilio Only):Log in to Twilio, copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and authorize in HelloSend. Voice call support is limited to Twilio.
