Thank You Autosolve uses AI-driven reasoning to determine the true intent of a reopened ticket. If the reply is purely a expression of gratitude with no further action required, the app automatically solves the ticket. If the customer asks a follow-up question or provides new information, the ticket remains open for agent review.

- Minimal Data Transfer: Only the Ticket ID and the latest comment text are transmitted to our secure backend for analysis. We do not access or transmit user profiles, ticket fields, ticket histories, or attachments.
- Zero Retention: We do not store or log ticket content. Once the real-time AI analysis is complete, the message data is permanently discarded.

Does the app handle multiple languages?Yes. Thank You Autosolve supports major languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, and Mandarin.
How can I verify the app’s accuracy?All tickets handled by the app are tagged with
thank_you_autosolve. The app automatically creates a "Solved Thank You Autosolved Tickets" view so you can audit resolutions. Once you are satisfied with the accuracy, you can delete this view (via API).What happens if AI is unsure?The system is configured to err on the side of caution. If a reply is ambiguous or contains potential follow-up questions, the app will not solve the ticket; leaving it for an agent to review.
Does this require complex configuration?No. The app works out of the box with your existing Zendesk workflow and does not require you to build or maintain complex keyword lists.

Installation Instructions
Installing Thank You Autosolve is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Install the App
- Click the Install button.
- Select the Zendesk account where you want to install the app and click Install again.
You'll be taken to your Zendesk instance—log in if you aren't already.
2. Finalize the Installation
Ensure the 'Generate New OAuth Token?' checkbox is checked.
- Click Install.
3. Sit Back and Enjoy
Congratulations! The app is now installed and will immediately begin analyzing all comments that reopen solved tickets.
Uninstalling the App
If you decide Thank You Autosolve isn't right for you before your free trial ends, uninstall it to avoid being charged:- Navigate to Admin Center > Apps and Integrations.- Locate Thank You Autosolve and uninstall it.
