Get started in few easy steps

  1. Sign up for a free 14-day trial at swifteq.com/answer-search-zendesk

  2. Connect Swifteq to Zendesk Support. This will allow us to load historical tickets and automatically detect and index previously used answers. When the process is finished an API key will be provided.

  3. Install the Answer Search app in your Zendesk Support instance

  4. Configure the installed app with the API key provided in the first step.
