🛠️ Setup & Usage Guide: SuccessCX Support App

The SuccessCX Support App gives Zendesk admins a powerful overview of their environment and configuration health, with direct access to license management, billing info, and support options. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Open the App: Once installed, you’ll find the SuccessCX Support App in your Zendesk navigation bar. Click it to open the portal interface.

🔐 Step 2: Activate API Access: To use the Health Check feature, you must activate API access. To do that, go to the Health Check tab and click the "Activate API" button. Once activated, this enables the app to analyze your Zendesk configuration.

🩺 Step 3: Run a Health Check: After enabling the API, return to the Health Check tab. Click "Run Analysis" to begin scanning your instance. The system will detect misconfigurations or errors in: Triggers, Macros, Automations, Webhooks, and other setting options. Results will be displayed in a table with severity levels and direct links to edit the affected item.

📊 Step 4: Use the Dashboard: From the Dashboard tab, you can view and manage critical subscription data:* Subscription Overview: See your main plan, number of agents, and next renewal date at a glance.* Add-on Products: View details on activated products like Advanced AI or Zendesk Workforce Management.* Support Contacts: View your account manager and reach out via email.* Request Change: Click "Request Change" to initiate a subscription/license modification.* Billing Summary: See pricing details per agent, annual license costs, and billing frequency.
