Like a ninja, it hides unnecessary fields across Tickets, Users, Organizations, and Help Center forms, displaying only what matters to your agents and customers. Upgrade the way you manage ticket fields

This app enables you to hide ticket fields in Zendesk based on conditions. You can define rules to tailor the view for specific agent roles, making navigation easier and improving user experience.

Important features

  • Customize the ticket, user, and organization pages with flexible conditions.
  • Shared conditions for Help Center forms, offering greater customization.
  • Import/Export configurations:
    • Import your settings from a local file.

    • Export configurations for backup and recovery.

New features

  • “Is empty / is not empty” conditions (also: present / not present) can now be applied to fields.
  • Multi-select fields can now be used as conditions.
  • Integer and text fields can be selected as drivers for present / not present conditions.
  • Use end-user and/or organization tags as conditions.
  • Hide forms from the Help Center dropdown if conditions from end-user or organization tags are not met. Multiple configurations can be applied to a single field.

  • Set remaining option as default: if only one option remains after conditions are applied, that option will automatically be preselected (instead of showing “-”).

  1. Select the form you want to configure

  2. Select the drop-down field you want to hide or disable fields in

  3. Hide or disable (will be shown as grey text) the fields that should not be shown on the form
