Break out individual parts of the resulting address into separate ticket fields to suit your workflow - perfect for more advanced analytics or integration use-cases. For example: [address.locality][separator][address.postcode] > My Suburb Field, [country] > My Country Field
Control exactly where it should be displayed (and where it shouldn't) - have it available everywhere or restrict it to just particular ticket forms.
Restrict address results by country to ensure the results are relevant to your customers. For example, only return addresses in the United States of America.

(Required prior to app installation) Follow these simple instructions to generate an API key from Google. This key is required during the installation of the app and gives the integration code produced by the app access to use Google's address data. Remember to restrict your API key so it can only be used by users visiting your help center.
Install the app through the Zendesk App Marketplace providing the API key when prompted.
Once the app is installed, navigate to it in the left-hand navigation panel in Zendesk Support and follow the steps outlined in the wizard.
Simply copy and paste the resulting code snippet to your help center and you are done! Easy-to-follow instructions are included in the last step of the wizard.
