  • Side Tickets Premium: An enhancement of the Zendesk Side Conversations. Manage multiple communication streams via side tickets. Forward and edit messages between tickets. Define ticket templates.
  • Attachments Manager: Manage large volumes of Zendesk attachments. View and categorize them within Zendesk.
  • Deeplinks Plus: Access external systems like CRM or ERP with one click, no custom integration needed.
  • Conditional Fields: Show/hide ticket fields and options based on conditions in Tickets-, Organizations-, User pages, and Help Center forms.
  • Ticket Manager Plus: Split comments into separate tickets. Merge ticket information into one. View ticket history.
  • Related Tickets: View related tickets based on matching custom fields like requester, order ID, customer ID, etc.
  • Alert Wrong User: Warn or prevent agents from assigning tickets to certain names or email domains.
