The Advanced Export app lets you export ticket data, user details, organization information, and Help Center / Guide content.

설치 방법

Use this app to export tickets with comments to CSV, XLSX, JSON or HTML files and Guide articles to HTML.

Install the app

  • Click install
  • Open Zendesk Support and click the app's icon on the left pane.

  • Press Continue and grant the app access to your Zendesk

To start export

  • Click on New Export to start.
  • Select the type of items you want to export.

  • Enter the filter details.

  • Click on Submit. The export will be processed in the background.
