If you have issues installing the app please contact us: support@2app.pro

To install the AI Agent Assist, please follow the below instructions.

  1. Click Install in the top-right corner of this screen.

  2. Choose your Zendesk instance.

  3. Insert your secret API key

  4. Display App on Ticket Side Bar. By checking this field, the application will be displayed in the ticket sidebar.

  5. If you want to restrict the use of the app, scroll down and select either your Group Permissions or Role Permissions.

  6. Click Install.
