Data handling & disclosures
We take data minimization and security seriously.
- Data accessed: Ticket metadata (ID, subject, status, requester, org, assignee), CC/Follower lists, and related user records needed to validate or remove entries.
- How data is processed: All API calls are made via the Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) from the agent’s browser session. Data is used only in-session to render search results and apply removals.
- Storage & transmission: We do not send customer data to any external servers or third-party services. No data is persisted beyond the agent’s browser memory, except optional undo plans stored in localStorage.
- Access controls: The app respects the signed-in agent’s Zendesk permissions; it cannot access tickets or users the agent is not authorized to view.
- Misuse prevention: No background collection, tracking, or secondary use. Data is not shared, sold, or used for training.
- Configuration: No configuration is required. All operations run in-session using the agent’s own API permissions.

설치 방법
1) Install Bulk CC & Followers Remover and open it from the ticket sidebar.
2) Enter an email address (user@example.com) or domain (example.com).
3) Click Search to see all matching tickets where the target is a CC or Follower.
4) Review results — you’ll see ticket subject, requester, org, assignee, and status.
5) Select tickets and click Remove selected. Confirm once, and the app safely processes tickets in batches.
6) If needed, click Undo to restore the last removal.
