  • Click Start Trial to begin setup
  • You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk Admin Center (ensure you have admin rights).
  • During installation, you’ll be asked to configure access (you can apply role or group restrictions to limit usage to specific agents).
  • Once installed, the app will appear in your left-hand sidebar under My Ticket Reminders.
  • Click on the app logo in the sidebar to access the dashboard.

  • Go to Settings and enter your API key to complete setup.
