- Click Start Trial to begin setup
- You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk Admin Center (ensure you have admin rights).
- During installation, you’ll be asked to configure access (you can apply role or group restrictions to limit usage to specific agents).
- Once installed, the app will appear in your left-hand sidebar under My Ticket Reminders.
Click on the app logo in the sidebar to access the dashboard.
- Go to Settings and enter your API key to complete setup.
