The Worktual Telephony for Zendesk integration can be easily deployed on the Zendesk Web app and managed by IT admins. No software or hardware is required to install, maintain, or upgrade.

How to Install and Set up worktual telephony in zendesk :
Requirements :
An active Worktual account.
An active Zendesk account.
Steps to Set up :
- Worktual Telephony for Zendesk may be found by logging into the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Click Install and choose the subdomain for Zendesk. It takes you to the Zendesk login screen.
Enter your agent or administrator credentials to use Zendesk support's Worktual call feature.
After successfully completed the installatuion process .At the top right portion of the Zendesk workspace is visible to the user when they have logged in.
After confirming the Zendesk subdomain and logging in to their Worktual account, users click the Worktual symbol.
After it is finished, agents are prepared to answer or place calls from the Zendesk Workspace.
